Dr. Rosli Azad Khan - Managing Director, MSc, PhD
Dr. Rosli Azad Khan obtained his Ph.D in Transport Economics and Masters in Transport Planning from Cranfield University, England. He is also the Vice President and a Fellow Member of Institute of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT). Throughout his entire working career in the transportation sector, he has directed or managed more than hundred (100) consultancy projects in South East Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. These include large-scale studies for both public and private sector clients involving multi-disciplinary teams. The projects cover various areas of air, land, rail, sea, traffic, urban transportation, logistics and supply chain management.
Ms. Linza Wells - Executive Director CMILT, B.A, MSc
Ms. Linza Wells obtained her BA (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and her MSc from the University of London, England. She was also awarded Best Student for Transport Planning for the Chartered Institute of Transport examination in 1999 and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a member of International Association of Traffic and Safety Science (IATSS) since 2004. Throughout her entire working career in the transportation sector, she has been involved in many consultancy projects in South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the UK as a consultant and project manager. She is currently overseeing both MDS Consultancy Group and MDS Traffic Planners & Consultants.
Mr. Pim Rijkee - Associate Director, MSc
Mr Pim Rijkee obtained his Master of Science degree from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, majoring in sustainable land management. He has focused on modelling and GIS, applying both to traffic modelling and traffic demand. The projects he has been involved in covers various areas of land management, passenger demand modelling and forecasting, and developing sustainable land management plans – balancing the demands of various stakeholders. He has worked in Spain, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Burundi, Australia, and Malaysia. Among his responsibilities are driving company operations & business development, training, planning, tracking and delivery of multiple projects as well as infrastructure and network simulation, evaluating design options, and visualising data.
